Who We Are

We founded the Blockchain Industry Group (BIG) and LinkedIn Groups with over 7.8 million members.  We have over 40 groups, so you’re very likely already in one or several of our many groups!  In addition, our groups are growing by another 600,000 members every year.

The Proposal

We’re partnering with a larger organization that is launching a site/platform that intends to solve many of the problems that current social media platforms aren’t adequately addressing.  This platform will be supported by a large number of other groups and communities, with an estimated combined reach of many tens of millions of members.

The members that join this platform will generally be premium members, with higher earning power and more established in their profession and industry.  (These members can either join for free or pay a subscription for premium membership.)

These members join for the following curated, special and/or exclusive benefits (benefits provided by the platform, provided by group/community owners and/or provided by business owners and service providers):

• Digital Content – Videos, Courses, Advice, Guides and much more
• Services – Recruitment, Resumes, Career Coaching, Business Coaching and much more
• Events – Group Coaching, Industry Trends, Live Classes, Networking and much more
• Deals – Insurance, Banking, Software, Business Administration and much more
• Other in development

In addition to the many substantial benefits being built for this purpose, we also need business owners like yourself to provide engagement, and your services or products.  Your engagement with the membership and your providing of a discount (or, some other non-monetary benefit) to the membership for your services and/or products will be one of the many important benefits for the membership.

In return, you will have preferential access to this premium membership, who are in essence pre-screened and motivated buyers of services or products such as your own.

Cost | Effort | Opportunity | Bottom Line

Here are some quick answers to perhaps some of your topmost questions.

Cost.  We’re looking to create a win-win relationship where you have NO upfront or continuing monetary costs, unless you actually sell your product or service.  (Note: There is a monthly cost for other, subsequent business owners that aren’t aligned with us and that are not part of our relationship.)

Effort.  We do require some effort from you in return.  We are looking for business owners that are interested in engaging with the community and willing to put in a small amount of time each month in engaging the community and assisting with promotions.

Opportunity.  This is a good opportunity for a business owner that thinks it might be interesting, fun or an advantage to get in on the ground-floor, and which can potentially reward them with a long-lasting and preferential access to a motivated buying base.

Blockchain.  Does this have to do with blockchain?  No – that just happens to be one of our interests and the ‘name’ we’re going by.

Bottom Line.  Is it worth your cost, time and effort?  Yes, we definitely think so – because we carefully designed the collaboration to be a win/win and no-lose situation.  There’s NO upfront cost, very minimal effort is required, and you get higher visibility and promotion regardless of how much the underlying site/platform succeeds.

We have identified you as a business owner (service provider) that provides services or products that are desired and valuable to the members on this site/platform.  You were specifically chosen because you were on a ‘Top 20’ list of a Google search and/or your LinkedIn profile was much better than the large majority of others in showcasing your strengths, including your professional expertise and/or your marketing ability.

You are a business owner that is looking for an additional or better sales channel.  We hope that you enjoy engaging, interacting and helping your clients.  We hope that you like to teach, coach or present and that you get substantial satisfaction from your clients’ success.

You want to be part of building a new and better community site/platform – and, to accrue the potential accompanying benefits for doing so.

Description of Software/Platform

TAGFI provides software that enables the creation of a vibrant community platform.  In return for providing substantial exclusive or curated digital content, services, events and deals, the membership can join for free (limited use) or pay a monthly subscription.  As part of its overall go-to-market strategy, TAGFI has raised another round of venture capital and is putting substantial resources and effort into aggregating a LARGE number of groups and communities under a common site/platform and providing that aggregation of groups and communities with substantial benefits, including your promoted services and products as a benefit for the community.

Site/Platform Launch Date: Estimated 1 – 2 Months (The software already exists and is being used by other groups and communities.  The launch refers to our specific creation of a platform for the combined use of a large number of groups and communities, including our own.)

1. Cost. No upfront costs or expenses anticipated (there is a 10 – 15% fee to the software platform if you do sell something)

5. Promotion. Full profile on the TAGFI platform (business directory) (Post-launch and later business owners pay a monthly fee.)

Note: The above promotions of your profile on our ‘BIG Site’ utilizing our LinkedIn Groups is how you get higher visibility and promotion regardless of how much the underlying site/platform succeeds.

Business Owner Responsibilities

1. Provide 1 hour/month helping our community in some combination of

a. Video event, unique blog content, other valuable input or

b. Direct written posting (engagement/assistance) on the platform to our group’s community members

2. Provide monthly report on responsibilities above and other information to be determined

3. Provide profile set-up (for yourself), onboarding and other required assistance as required

Note: Service providers that don’t meet their responsibilities may be removed from all sites and platforms.  The amount of support provided above the ”1-hour minimum” determines the “Top 5 Service Providers” in each of multiple categories that will get higher promotional visibility.

This document is not a formal or binding agreement but merely a framework for an expected and mutually beneficial collaboration.  Anything on this document or elsewhere, unless in a signed agreement by both parties, may be adjusted or modified at our or TAGFI’s sole discretion.  Any agreement or disagreements, or issues requiring adjudication shall be exclusively addressed to and the sole responsibility of TAGFI.

Either party or TAGFI may terminate this collaboration at any time if, in their sole discretion, they no longer believe in the purpose, desirability or efficacy of the collaboration.
