11. Statement on ICOs
We believe that Intial Coin Offerings (ICOs) can be a revolutionary and valid form of fund raising, whose decentralized nature allows for more egalitarian participation. To promote the acceptance of ICOs and to protect the public and investors, however, we also believe that ICOs should be regulated.
Members (and Non-Members) may not state or imply that their association with BIG is an endorsement of any ICO, whether they are an ‘Advisor,’ ‘Non-Profit,’ ‘Ambassador,’ ‘Partner,’ ‘Friend,’ or have any other official or unofficial designation or status with BIG. In addition, any company currently in a Pre-ICO or ICO stage may not display the BIG logo on their website or elsewhere nor may they state that they have a ‘Partner’ or similar relationship with BIG either on their website or elsewhere (even if they are a Corporate Member in the ‘Partner’ Category).
12. General
You agree that the BIG Website shall be deemed solely based in New York; and the BIG Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over BIG, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than New York. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and BIG that arises in whole or in part from the BIG Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York, NY. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, if requested by BIG, you agree to submit to reasonable requests for mediation and/or arbitration.
YOU AND BIG AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE BIG WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Your use of the BIG Website following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your agreement to and acceptance of its revised terms.
