Lauren Harrington

Lauren Harrington is a passionate speaker, digital technology blogger, and founder of the community Tech Talk Berlin. After discovering the potential of Blockchain technology back in early 2017, Lauren jumped on board to get involved in blockchain projects focusing on social good. She found her calling at fintech startup Kora, who are utilising blockchain and other digital technologies to create better access to financial services for Africa. Here she served as Chief Administrator Officer, implementing strategy and overseeing internal operations. She's also an advisor to Blockchain companies where she creates, edits, and advises on white paper content and business strategy across a number of startups. She is an alumni of the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program and Certified Blockchain Expert with the Blockchain Council.

Lauren is a world traveller and has spent the past 3 years living and working in cities including London and Berlin. She founded the tech community Tech Talk Berlin, where she focuses on education, knowledge sharing, and impactful networking opportunities for those working in digital tech fields.

In her latest project she is founding a new business to support the development of women in tech and business, through a machine learning based platform.

Lauren is a strong believer that knowledge is power and is committed to knowledge sharing through her blogs where she writes about technologies leading today's innovation and their implications for our future.
